Tonya Hudson was born in Indianapolis, a lifelong Hoosier, and now resides in Lawrence County. Here are just a few of Tonya’s accomplishments.
Tonya has previously served on the Bedford Board of REALTORS as President of the Board in 2013 among other officer positions during her 18 years as a REALTOR. Tonya previously served on the Grievance Committee for the Indiana Association of REALTORS.
Tonya was elected as Vice Chair of the Libertarian Party of Indiana at their 2023 March Convention, then stepped down July 21st to run for Lt. Governer.
Tonya was the Libertarian candidate for U.S. House of Representatives, Indiana’s Ninth District in 2020 and 2022 (Tonya for Congress). Tonya is Pro-Life and was endorsed by the Liberty Pro Life group and the Libertarian Party Pro-Life Caucus. In 2020, which was also a U.S. Presidential election, Tonya had the best candidacy (highest Libertarian percentage in a 3-way race) in the Country for a Libertarian running for Congress.
Tonya Hudson is an active member of Lions Club International.
Tonya loves animals. As a current member of the White River Humane Society and former Board member, Tonya encourages people to support their local shelters and our furry little friends.
